DREA-IMTerms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and A-IKIRA for using DREA-IM. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

What the service is
DREA-IM is a hosted workspace that helps you draft, schedule and publish social media posts to accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok); run WhatsApp and Telegram messaging, broadcasts and automatic replies through connections you set up; and use AI chat and image generation. It is a tool: it acts on the accounts you connect, with the instructions you give it.
We may add, change or retire features as the product develops. If we remove something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice where we can. The AI providers and social platforms we build on are independent of us and can change their own APIs, prices and rules at any time; when they do, the matching part of DREA-IM may have to change with them.
Your account
You need an account to use DREA-IM, and you must be at least 18. Keep your password and your workspace’s connected credentials secure, use accurate details, and tell us at support@drea-im.com if you think someone else has got into your account. Anyone you invite into your workspace can see and act on that workspace’s content, and admins can change settings and remove members — invite carefully. You are responsible for what everyone in your workspace does with it.
Acceptable use
Do not use DREA-IM to do any of the following:
- Spam. Send unsolicited bulk messages, buy or scrape contact lists, message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore someone’s request to stop.
- Break a platform’s own rules. Every account you connect stays subject to that platform’s terms and policies — Meta’s Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Telegram Bot terms, and the developer and content policies of X, LinkedIn and TikTok. If a platform forbids something, so do we, and their rules win over anything convenient in ours.
- Message people without consent. Before you add someone to a WhatsApp or Telegram audience or send them a broadcast, you must have their consent (opt-in) and a lawful basis, keep a record of it, and honour opt-outs promptly. WhatsApp also only permits free-form messages within 24 hours of the person’s last message to you; outside that window you must use a template Meta approved in advance. DREA-IM will tell you when you are outside that window, but respecting it is your obligation.
- Post unlawful or harmful content. Anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or content that impersonates someone. Do not use the AI features to produce disinformation, malware, or material that would breach the AI provider’s usage policies.
- Attack or abuse the service. No reverse engineering, no probing or circumventing our security or workspace separation, no attempting to reach another customer’s data, no automated load beyond your plan, no reselling the service or using it to build a competing product.
Plans, allowances and limits
Your plan sets what your workspace may use — for example how much AI generation, how many images, how many posts published and how many messages sent. DREA-IM meters this usage per workspace and shows it in Settings → Usage. Allowances are measured over a billing period and reset at the start of each one; they belong to the workspace, not to individual members.
When a workspace reaches a limit, the feature that consumes it stops until the period resets or the plan is raised — your data and scheduled work are not deleted. Fair-use and rate limits also apply so one workspace cannot degrade the service for others, and the platforms and AI providers we call impose their own rate limits that we must pass through. Plan details, prices and any renewal or refund arrangements are whatever we have agreed with you in writing; there is no self-serve billing in the product today.
Your content and your connected accounts
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to host, process and transmit it in order to run the service for you — including sending it to the AI providers and platforms described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train our own models.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for everything sent from them: that you are authorised to act for each account, that you have the rights to the text, images and video you publish, that your messages and audiences comply with the rules above and with applicable law (including marketing, privacy and data-protection law), and for keeping opt-in and opt-out records. A platform may suspend or disconnect your account for its own reasons; that is between you and them, and it can stop DREA-IM from publishing or sending until you reconnect.
AI output can be wrong, biased or unoriginal. Review anything the AI drafts before it goes out. You remain the publisher of what you send.
Availability and support
We aim to keep DREA-IM available and working, and we will do maintenance with as little disruption as we reasonably can, but we do not promise a specific uptime level unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Support runs on business days by email at support@drea-im.com.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, DREA-IM is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or that AI output will be accurate, lawful or suitable for your purpose. Some consumer protections cannot be excluded by law; nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither A-IKIRA nor its people or suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost or corrupted data, or the cost of substitute services — even if we were told such loss was possible. We are also not liable for anything caused by a third-party platform or AI provider, by content you or your team published, or by a message you sent.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us for DREA-IM in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You will indemnify A-IKIRA against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of a connected account, your messages and audiences, or your breach of these terms or of a platform’s rules.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using DREA-IM at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace or account — see the data deletion page.
We may pause a workspace or close an account if it breaches these terms or a platform’s rules, if it is being used for spam, abuse or anything unlawful, if it threatens the security or stability of the service, or if fees agreed with us go unpaid. Where the situation allows, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it; where the risk is serious or we are legally required to act, we may act immediately. A paused workspace keeps its data but sends nothing. If we close your account we will, on request and where we can, give you a reasonable window to export your data before deletion. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Changes to these terms
We update the “last updated” date at the top when these terms change. For a material change we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use DREA-IM after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the service and ask us to delete your data.
Governing law and disputes
Placeholder · To be completed by A-IKIRA
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Set the jurisdiction and venue where A-IKIRA is established before relying on this page.
Until that is set, we will try in good faith to resolve any dispute with you directly first — write to support@drea-im.com and we will respond.
The rest
These terms, together with the privacy policy and any written plan or order we have agreed with you, are the whole agreement between us. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
