DREA-IMDelete your data
Everything on this page you do yourself, signed in, in a few clicks — including deleting a whole workspace or your entire account. It also covers what happens to your connected accounts and their stored tokens, how to revoke this app’s access from Facebook or Instagram, and how long each step takes.

The fastest route
Sign in and open Settings. Settings → Workspace ends with a danger area that deletes one workspace and everything in it. Settings → Profile ends with one that deletes your whole account. Both are immediate and permanent — no email, no ticket, no waiting. If you want a copy of your data first, use Settings → Profile → Download your data.
Delete things yourself, in the app
Signed in, you can delete any of this without asking us:
- Disconnect a social account. Social → Platforms, then Disconnect on the account. Disconnecting stops all publishing and deletes the stored access token for it; Remove also deletes the account’s record in your workspace.
- Disconnect WhatsApp or Telegram. Marketing → Settings, under Connections, then Disconnect on the number or bot. This deletes the connection and its stored access token; for Telegram it also removes the webhook, so Telegram stops sending us messages.
- Delete posts and campaigns. Social → Scheduled Posts and Social → Campaigns, and Marketing → Campaigns for broadcasts.
- Delete contacts and lists. Marketing → WhatsApp → Contacts (select and delete) and Lists.
- Delete chats, assistants, prompts and memories. In Chat — conversations and folders from the sidebar, and the Assistants, Prompts and Memory pages. You can download a conversation as Markdown or plain text first.
- Delete AI training sources. Marketing → Settings → Training.
- Remove a person, or leave a workspace. Settings → Workspace, under Members. Admins can remove a member or revoke an invitation; you can leave a workspace yourself.
Deleting an item in the app deletes it from our database. Backups may still hold a copy for a short rolling window (typically up to 30 days) before they age out.
Delete a whole workspace
Self-serve, and only the workspace’s owner can do it — it removes everyone’s work in that workspace at once.
- 1Open Settings → Workspace and go to the Danger zone at the bottom.
- 2Press Delete workspace. The dialog lists exactly what goes and asks you to type the workspace’s name. Nothing happens until it matches.
- 3The workspace is deleted immediately: scheduled and published posts and their media; campaigns, broadcasts and delivery records; contacts, lists and subscribers; connected social accounts and messaging channels, with every stored access token; chats, assistants, prompts and saved memories; uploaded files, the brand profile, templates, automations and training sources.
- 4You land on another of your workspaces, or on the “create a workspace” screen if that was your last one. Your other workspaces are untouched, and so is every other customer’s.
If you are an admin rather than the owner, ask the owner to delete it — or use Leave under Members to remove just yourself.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Profile and use the Danger zone at the bottom. The dialog lists what happens and asks you to type DELETE and the email address on your account. Then:
- Your sign-in and profile are deleted. Name, avatar, time zone and preferences go with them, and you cannot sign in again.
- Workspaces only you use are deleted with you — everything in the list above, including stored access tokens and uploaded files.
- Workspaces other people use have to be handed over first. We refuse the deletion and name them, rather than quietly taking other people’s work with you. Open Settings → Workspace → Transfer ownership for each one, choose another member as the new owner, then come back and delete your account. (Or delete the workspace instead, if everyone in it agrees.)
- You are removed from every other workspace. Shared work in a workspace someone else keeps stays with them; your private chats are deleted.
Download your data first if you want a copy. Settings → Profile → Download your data gives you a JSON file of the workspace you have open — switch workspace and download again for each one. It never contains access tokens, and uploaded files are listed by path rather than embedded, so save any images you want to keep from the app itself before deleting.
What happens to connected accounts and tokens
- Stored tokens are deleted. The encrypted access and refresh tokens for the accounts in the deleted workspace are destroyed. DREA-IM can no longer publish, send or read anything for them.
- Your accounts themselves are unaffected. We never delete anything on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp or Telegram. Posts already published and messages already delivered stay where they are — they belong to those platforms now, and you have to remove them there.
- WhatsApp and Telegram connections. Disconnect them yourself under Marketing → Settings → Connections; the stored token is deleted with the connection. You can also invalidate a Telegram bot token in Telegram with @BotFather, or revoke a WhatsApp access token in Meta Business settings — either makes ours useless immediately.
- Inbound messages stop mattering. Once the connection is gone, messages your contacts send are no longer stored by us.
Removing this app’s access from Facebook or Instagram
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, two things hold the connection: our stored token, and the permission you granted in Facebook. Cut both.
- 1In DREA-IM: go to Social → Platforms and disconnect the Facebook or Instagram account. This deletes our copy of the token straight away.
- 2In Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find DREA-IM in the list, and choose Remove. Tick the option to delete the posts and activity the app made, if Facebook offers it. Instagram accounts connected through Facebook are removed the same way; an Instagram account managed on its own is under Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- 3To delete the data we hold too: delete the workspace or your account in Settings, as described above. Removing the app in Facebook stops future access, but only deleting here removes what is already in your workspace.
DREA-IM does not run an automated Facebook data-deletion callback: this page is the deletion-instructions URL registered with our Meta app, and the in-app routes above are how every deletion is carried out.
If you can’t sign in
Deletion is self-serve, so the one case we still handle by email is not being able to reach your account. Try resetting your password first. If that doesn’t work, email support@drea-im.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”, saying whether you want one workspace or your whole account deleted. We confirm it is you, delete it, and email you when it is done — normally within a few business days and always within 30 days.
How long it takes
- In-app deletions: immediate.
- Disconnecting an account or channel: immediate — the token is gone before the page reloads.
- Deleting a workspace or your account: immediate, and not reversible by you or by us.
- Deletion by email, when you can’t sign in: we acknowledge within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- Backups: copies age out of routine backups within about 30 days of deletion.
- Kept afterwards: only what we must — aggregated usage counts with no content, and records we are legally required to retain.
